SO THESE ARE THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. THEY'RE JUST ASKING FOR A REPLAT. IT'S ABOUT 0.59 ACRES EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTS. THEY'RE PROPOSING A NEW CARPORT IS WHY IT NEEDED TO BE PLATTED. IT HAD NEVER BEEN PLATTED. SO AND IT MEETS ALL THE ZONING REGULATIONS. NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS OR VARIANCES ARE REQUIRED. PROPERTY OWNER NOTIFICATIONS HAVE WERE SENT OUT. WE NOTIFIED 14 PROPERTY OWNERS. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY FORMAL RESPONSES. WE DID RECEIVE TWO PHONE INQUIRIES. WHEN WE EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT IT WAS, THAT WAS JUST A REPLY SO THEY COULD ADD A CARPORT WITHIN THE REGULATIONS. THEY HAD NO ISSUES AND STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST.
