IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT BUILDING IS PUSHING 15 YEARS, IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN. AND SO THINGS ARE JUST STARTING TO GIVE OUT AT THAT BUILDING. THE MOST NOTABLE THE AIR CONDITIONING, THE ROOF. THERE'S A NEED TO EXPAND SOME OF THE INTERIOR SPACES AND RETHINK HOW THEY'RE USING THOSE SPACES, SUCH AS OFFICE. MORE OFFICE SPACE. BUT THE HISTORICALLY, THE ROOF HAS LEAKED TERRIBLY, AND THAT HAS RUINED INTERIOR FINISHES AND THAT SORT OF THING. SO IT'S TIME TO INVEST A FEW DOLLARS INTO FIRE STATION 1. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND OUR WATER TREATMENT PLANT. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD A NEW SEWER TREATMENT FACILITY AND REHAB THE EXISTING SEWER TREATMENT FACILITY. AND SO THE DOLLARS THAT ARE REPRESENTED HERE WOULD BE THOSE NECESSARY TO SECURE THE CORRECT PROPERTY, THE CORRECT RIGHT OF WAY, THE CORRECT ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES. BUT THE IDEA IN PACKAGING THIS ALL TOGETHER IS TO SAVE ON OUR ISSUANCE COSTS. SO THERE MAY BE SEVERAL DIFFERENT DEBT ISSUANCES, BUT IT'LL ALL BE IN ONE BIG PACKAGE.
