PRIMOS TAQUERIA WAS NAMED AFTER PRIMO VITO, A NICKNAME HE PICKED UP FROM FAMILY MEMBERS.
THE POPULARITY OF PRIMOS HAS BEEN THE RESULT OF HARD WORK AND QUALITY FOOD PREPARED BY.
THE COOK FOR THE PAST 24 YEARS BETWEEN SCHOOL AND OTHER JOBS.
THEIR CHILDREN ERIKA, SONYA, VITO, JUNIOR AND DANIEL HAVE ALSO MADE CONTRIBUTIONS AND WHEREAS IN 1998, PRIMO'S WAS ESTABLISHED IN DECATUR, TEXAS, OCCUPYING A RENOVATED SCHOOL BUS PARKED AT THE END OF EAST WALNUT STREET WITH AN EMPLOYMENT STAFF OF THREE PRIMO, MARGARITA AND ERIKA.
THE ORIGINAL LOCATION WAS OFTEN OPEN UNTIL 1 A.M., SERVING LATE NIGHT CUSTOMERS.
IN 1991, OR EXCUSE ME 1999, PRIMO'S OPENED THEIR CURRENT LOCATION AT 312 EAST WALNUT STREET.
AND WHEREAS PRIMOS HAS A REPUTATION FOR HUMBLE SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND SERVICES, EXEMPLIFIED BY MARGARITA'S GENEROUS WORDS JUST PAY ME WHEN YOU CAN.

ONE OF THE NIC TRACKS INITIATIVES IS THE HEART SAFE COMMUNITY.
THIS IS A NATIONWIDE PROGRAM DEVELOPED WITH A SET OF CRITERIA AND GUIDELINES DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE DEVASTATING EFFECTS OF HEART DISEASE AND IMPROVE OUTCOMES OF SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST EMERGENCIES.
THIS CRITERIA FOCUSES ON SIX AREAS, WHICH IS ACCESS TO EMERGENCY CARE, EMERGENCY MEDICAL DISPATCH, AED ACCESS AND FIRST RESPONSE, ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT.
HOW CAN WE MAKE OURSELVES BETTER? AND A CITY THAT DESIRES TO BECOME A HEART SAFE COMMUNITY MUST APPLY TO THE PROGRAM BY SUBMITTING EVIDENCE OF THEIR EFFORTS.

IT'S NOT AN ONGOING RATE THAT HAPPENS ON A MONTHLY OR ANNUAL BASIS AND REALLY WHAT IT IS.
WE HAVE TO BUILD WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE.
SO WHAT ARE IMPACT FEES? THE CITY CAN'T USE THEM.
THOSE DOLLARS THAT ARE COLLECTED FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THAT THEY WANT.
IT'S REALLY IT'S DOLLARS THAT GO TOWARDS ONLY SUPPORTING FOR NEW GROWTH.
AND SO THAT CAN BE ANYTHING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION, THE ENGINEERING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH IT, LAND ACQUISITION AND EVEN THE DEBT AND PLANNING SERVICES TO FINANCE AND PLAN THOSE PROJECTS. THE CITY CANNOT USE THAT FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS, FOR REHABBING EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE, ANYTHING TO DO WITH WHAT'S ALREADY THERE.
THE DOLLARS CAN ONLY BE SPENT ON NEW INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT THAT NEW GROWTH.
SO WHEN WE TALK ABOUT THE DIFFERENT IMPACT COMPONENTS, THERE'S REALLY FIVE DIFFERENT BUCKETS.
WHAT'S THE AREA WE'RE ASSESSING IT THE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS.
HOW MUCH ARE WE GOING TO GROW THE SERVICE UNITS.
SO THE INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT THAT NEW GROWTH.
