ALL RIGHT, SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, IN THE FUTURE WHEN WE DO THIS, WE NEED TO GIVE THEM 90 DAYS OR NO? THE TIME DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT. IT HAD TO DO WITH THE THE ACTUAL SIGNED ORDER. BUT BY THE STATE STATUTE, WE HAVE TO HAVE A SIGNED ORDER FROM THE BUILDING STANDARDS COMMISSION IN HAND IN ORDER TO DO THAT. AND SO RATHER THAN WE HAD AN ORDER. IT JUST WASN'T SIGNED. WE WENT BACK AND GOT THE SIGNATURE ON IT, BUT NO 30 DAYS. SO WILL WE OFFER THEM. WE GIVE THEM 30 DAYS TO TO CORRECT THE CONDITION ON THEIR OWN. AND THEN AFTER THAT, THEN WE COME BACK TO THE BOARD AND TAKE THAT ORDER. IF YOU ORDER IT DEMOLISHED, WE HAVE TO HAVE A SIGNED ORDER, AND WE ADVERTISE THAT FOR ANOTHER 30 DAYS. SO THE TIME FRAMES ARE ACTUALLY BUILT INTO THAT. SO IT WOULD BE 60 DAYS AFTER YOU TELL THEM THAT IT NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED BEFORE WE WOULD BE ABLE TO DO ANY ACTIONS ON THAT. ALL RIGHT. HADN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK, NO ACTION AT ALL TAKEN. AND THE HOUSE, NOT ONLY IS IT FALLING IN FROM THE UPPER FLOOR, FALLING INTO THE BOTTOM, THAT'S EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. BUT IT'S JUST GOT TRASH AND OVERGROWTH ALL OVER, YOU KNOW? IT'S IN BAD SHAPE.
