AND SO THAT'S WHAT WE'RE DOING WITH THIS.

WE NOW HAVE 100% CD SET CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SET AND ARE READY TO BE ABLE TO PULL BUILDING PERMITS, CONSTRUCTION PERMITS AS SOON AS WE'RE ABLE TO FIND A GOOD LOAN FOR THE PROJECT.

SO AS YOU ALL PROBABLY KNOW, THE CAPITAL MARKETS ARE QUITE CHALLENGING RIGHT NOW, AND IT'S GOING TO TAKE A FEW MORE MONTHS INTO NEXT YEAR TO BE ABLE TO FIND A LOAN THAT'S APPROPRIATE, TO BE ABLE TO GET THE DEVELOPMENT OFF THE GROUND THIS NEXT YEAR.

SO HERE WE'RE HERE TO ASK FOR AN EXTENSION, UM, ON THAT AGREEMENT THROUGH, I THINK WE AGREED ON AUGUST 31ST OF NEXT YEAR.
