SO THE THINKING WAS IF WE REMOVE THIS REQUIREMENT FROM THE ZONING ORDINANCE, THEN MAYBE THE CITY'S IMAGE WOULD BE.
A MORE OF AN UPSCALE PERSPECTIVE OR A MORE OF AN UPSCALE VIEWPOINT.
SO THAT'S WHAT THE CONSULTANTS PUT IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
