SO ITEM THREE IS BASICALLY AN UPDATE.WE WEREN'T ABLE TO HAVE OUR BUILDING STANDARDS COMMISSION MEETING FOR AUGUST FOR LACK OF A QUORUM.
THE REPRESENTATIVE FROM RETAIL CONNECTIONS WAS HERE.
WE WERE ABLE TO MEET WITH HIM AND THE CITY ATTORNEY AND MYSELF AND SHOW HIM WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING, WHAT WE WERE WANTING TO ACHIEVE OUT OF THIS. WE SUBSEQUENTLY CAME UP WITH AN AGREEMENT TO REMEDIATE THAT.
HE REVIEWED IT HAD ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT WE WERE PROPOSING TO THE BUILDING STANDARDS COMMISSION FOR RECOMMENDATION ON THERE, AND HE HAS AGREED TO DO THAT.
HE MET US AT THE MUNICIPAL COURT HEARING WHERE THEY HAD BEEN CITED FOR DANGEROUS BUILDING VIOLATIONS AND SIGNED THE AGREEMENT.
IN THE DAYS SINCE THEN, THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF WORK THAT'S WENT INTO THIS.
THERE WAS A THREE PAGE DOCUMENT THAT WE ENDED UP WITH, GOT IT FOR THE AGREEMENT TO REMEDIATE.
IT COVERED ALL FOUR PROPERTIES THAT WE WERE DEALING WITH HERE.
6 TO 1601 ROSE AVENUE, THE CONCRETE BUILDING, 1101 NORTH US HIGHWAY 287, THE OLD RESTAURANT THAT'S OUT THERE ON THE ON THE HIGHWAY AND THEN.

AND WHEN WE SAY THE PROPERTY SECURED, WE'RE LOOKING FOR DRIVE ENTRIES.
SO WE DON'T HAVE PEOPLE DRIVING IN THERE AND DUMPING OFF STUFF.
YOU'RE ALWAYS GOING TO HAVE PEOPLE THAT CAN DRIVE AROUND THAT STUFF.
SO THE POLICE HAVE AN AVENUE TO TO WORK ON THAT.
