OUR ORDINANCE, IF YOU'LL RECALL, WAS AMENDED AND ADOPTED ON MARCH 23RD, 2015.

WE IDENTIFIED IN THE REWRITE SPECIFIC USE PERMITS WHEN THEY ARE ALLOWED AND UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES.

THERE'S SOME CRITERIA FOR THE SPECIFIC USE PERMIT.

A TEN FOOT LINEAR LANDSCAPE STRIP IS TO BE PROVIDED ADJACENT TO ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE STREETS EXCLUSIVE OF RIGHT OF WAY.
