HE HAD SOME CONCERNS.

HE IS THE PROPERTY OWNER TO THE SOUTHWEST OF MR. MILLER'S PROPOSED LOT.

HE HAD SOME CONCERNS THAT SOME OF HIS PROPERTY WAS BEING TAKEN OVER AND WE HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT BASED ON WHAT THE SURVEYOR PROVIDED IS WHAT WE HAVE TO GO WITH.

IF HE HAS ISSUES WITH THINKING THAT SOME OF HIS PROPERTY IS BEING TAKEN, HE NEEDS TO HIRE A REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY AND TAKE THAT UP AS A CIVIL MATTER.
