YOU GUYS WERE TALKING ABOUT CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALKS AND WE HAD REMEMBERED OR WILL HAD REMEMBERED THAT CITY COUNCIL HAD HAD A CONVERSATION ABOUT THIS, WHETHER OR NOT THEY SHOULD PUT AN EXPIRATION DATE ON VARIANCES FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS. AND THEY ACTUALLY DID ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AND WE DID PROVIDE YOU WITH A COPY OF THAT. AND SO HOPEFULLY WE CAN ALL REMEMBER IF THIS COMES UP AGAIN THAT THEY DID PROVIDE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT IF A VARIANCE IS APPROVED, THERE IS AN EXPIRATION FOR THAT AND IT'S UNDER 901.4 ON THE SECOND PAGE OF THE ORDINANCE.
