CODES DO EXIST WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE OF THE PROPERTY AND WOULD COMPLETE THE CURBING OF THE SCHOOL PROPERTY.

SIDEWALKS DID NOT EXIST WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE.

NOR DO ANY EXIST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

WE COULD IMAGINE THAT IF CURBS WEREN'T CONSTRUCTED ON THE SCHOOL PROPERTY AT THIS TIME, THEY MAY HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED TO ACCOMMODATE

THE OTHER PROJECTS UP TO THE NORTH OF THE SCHOOL PROPERTY ARE PROJECTS THAT YOU'VE SEEN IN THE PAST CALLED BISHOP HEIGHTS AND THE OTHER ONES TO JUST A PARK, A SINGLE FAMILY SUBDIVISION.

SO THEY'D BE REQUIRED TO BUILD CURB AND GUTTER.

THE SIDEWALKS ARE GOING TO BE REQUIRED TO BUILD IT GOING TO BE A SIX FOOT WIDE, TO FUNCTION AS A SIDEWALK AND A BIKE TRAIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MASTER THOROUGHFARE PLAN.
