IF YOU APPROVE THIS ORDINANCE TONIGHT, YOU'RE APPROVING OUR BUDGET THAT YOU SAW LAST COUNCIL SESSION WITH ONE AMENDMENT THROUGH CHECKS AND BALANCES WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. WE CAUGHT THAT WE HAD NOT ALLOCATED FOR STATE PAY FOR OUR POLICE AND WE DEFINITELY DID NOT INTENTIONALLY MISS THAT.

THAT WAS A SMALL OVERSIGHT AND ADDING THAT WE WERE ABLE TO MAINTAIN A BALANCED BUDGET WITH EXPENDITURES AT 14.7 MILLION AND REVENUES TO MATCH THAT. SO IF YOU APPROVE THIS ORDINANCE, THAT'LL BE THE BUDGET THAT YOU'RE ALL RIGHT APPROVING.

SO WE'VE AMENDED THE ORDINANCE APPROPRIATELY AND WE'LL LOOK FOR A.
