THE APPLICANT WAS PROVIDED COMMENTS ON AUGUST 17TH, 2022, BY THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE IN ORDER TO ALLOW THEM TO SUBMIT REVISED DOCUMENTS. HOWEVER, THE PLAT DOES NOT CURRENTLY MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF DECATUR ZONING ORDINANCE, SUBDIVISION REGULATION AND DESIGN STANDARDS. AND AT THIS TIME, THE TIME OF THE AGENDA PREPARATION FOR THE POSTING, THEY HAVE NOT SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THOSE AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF ALL APPLICABLE CITY ORDINANCES.

AND THEN THEY REQUESTED AN EXTENSION? THEY DID REQUEST THAT.
